New Scots Law on Image-Based Sexual Abuse

The new Scottish law criminalising image-based sexual abuse (including so-called ‘revenge porn’) is in force from 1 April 2017. The BBC 2 current affairs programme Timeline discussed the new law and its possible impacts with Liz Ely of Zero Tolerance Scotland and myself on 30th April.
