Professor McGlynn writes op-ed in Daily Express as part of cyberflashing law reform campaign

Following the Government announcement that it plans to introduce a new criminal offence covering cyberflashing, Professor McGlynn has joined forces with dating app Bumble to argue that the proposed law must go further and provide comprehensive protection for all women.

Writing an op-ed in the Daily Express, Professor McGlynn draws on her research with victims and analysis of existing laws to recommend a consent-based law criminalising sending penis images without consent.
